Four Major Changes in iPhone OS 4


Cupertino - Apple CEO Steve Jobs announced the latest iPhone OS 4.0 software equipped with the latest features. There are at least four major changes were added in the latest software does not include new features that enhance the comfort of using the iPhone.

First, the iPhone 4.0 could do multitasking or running more than one application at the same time. This feature is long-awaited by iPhone users because with this capability, users can go back and forth to access the Internet while listening to music without interruption or checking email while in a call.

Second, there is access to iBookstore and iBooks application to access the e-book from Apple's latest service, which previously only available on the iPad.

Third, the application folder. With this feature iPhone users can manage data from each application into a different folder so it is more neatly.

Fourth, a mobile advertising service called iIAD that allows inserting ads within the application. The developers now have the chance to take benefit from a free application by adding advertising and profits will be shared by the profit sharing with Apple.

iPhone 4.0 will be available starting this summer or around June 2010 on the new Apple products. iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, and iPod Touch second and third generation can also be upgraded to this new software, but not for the first version iPhone. iPhone 4.0 will also be available for iPad end of the year.
