GadgetInfo - Finnish cell phone manufacturer, Nokia, has admitted defeat in the top mobile phone market (high end). Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo (chief executive of Nokia) has said that his company had a lot of homework because the price of their shares declined rapidly.
To overcome this problem, Kallasvuo said that Nokia will launch new smart phones such as the N8. This is so they can compete better against the iPhone and the BlackBerry.
Kallasvuo also admitted to the Symbian operating system used on Nokia phones failed to catch the majority of his opponents. However, the company is improving those factors right now, so he said, without revealing any details.
Currently rumored Kallasvuo was getting ready to leave from Nokia because the company he led lost to compete with its major opponents.
